INCLUSIONS
  Material Defects
    3 years on material and workmanship
  Installation Defects
    3 years on system failure due to installation error
  Coverage Defects
    3 years to all agreed areas. The system will furnish
    at a minimum the precipitation rate required by the TCEQ.
  Operational Instruction
    1 year
  Adjustments, cleaning and raising of heads
    1 year

EXCLUSIONS
  Damage to the system caused by change in finish grade.

  Coverage problems caused by additional landscape
  installation or growth of existing landscape.

  Water supply problems caused by others.

  Damaged caused by lightening or other acts of nature.
  (Some manufacturers will replace the controller if damaged by lightening if the system is under warranty.   However, there will be labor charges involved. Please contact the office for further information.)

  Testing of the backflow device as may be required by water providers after the initial   inspection at installation.

OTHER
  All warranties will be void if any other company repairs or modifies the sprinkler system.   Phoenix Irrigation will not be responsible for any costs for water loss due to leaks in the
  system.
