Our service department will contact you the day before it is scheduled and give you a 2-hour time frame; we can also call you when we are on our way. As a convenience to our customers, we will invoice you for any work not covered by warranty. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We do accept MC, Visa and Discover.
